  Awful. Staff was too busy hanging out to make drinks. There was one person in front of me, and it took 15 mins to get my drink..... which was made incorrectly. When I brought my concerns to the manager, Lena, she rolled her eyes. No apology. I then asked for a refund and suggested she apologize to unhappy customers. Instead of an apology, I got another eye roll and no other response. I will not be returning to this Starbucks.... Ever!

  Fast and friendly. No big sign out front so you have too keep a sharp eye for it.

  I never have a service related problem her. It's small with a trickling crowd most of the day but never empty. I'm not crazy about the sandwiches but then this isn't a kichen-ed coffee house. It's a micro wave. If folks want to feed a family them I would suggest a restaurant with a kitchen. This is a glorified coffee stand, pretty, comfortable, good service, better to enter parking from Airways Blvd than trying to turn in from Goodman Rd!!

  Absolutely awesome service I drove all the way from olive branch just to come to this location. I've had too many bad experience at the olive branch location. They treat me like family there!
