  Service was good, the food was amazing! We read the reviews and weren't going to eat there but decided to go anyway and were very pleased with our decision.

  They have a serious ROACH problem that they really need to get rid of. TGIF was always my favorite of chain restaurants but when you've seen a roach crawl out on ....not one, not two... But THREE separate occasions, DURING the daytime, you know they have a much bigger infestation issue that they hadn't even began to address. While I understand a LOT of restaurants may have a bug issue, I'm officially done with the Southaven location.
  I'd give "1" star, but the only reason going with 2, is because unlike most of the reviews ice seen here, I actually HAVE had primarily decent waitress encounters.

  So we drive into the parking lot & noticed that it wasn't as packed as the last restaurant we visited so we decided to stop inside. We saw numerous empty tables but there was a line to be seated smh 1st red flag but we waited anyway. We get seated and waited roughly 15 minutes for our server to show up and take our drink order & appetizer order. She left and arrived back with our drinks. Well it took half an hour 4 someone else's appetizer order to show up at our table and another 20 before our actual order to make it to the table. 2- 3 minutes after the appetizers we received our entrees. If we knew it would take forever for the appetizers to come out we wouldn't have ordered them especially with our entrees coming out exactly behind it. Anyway the server was nonexistent but luckily the food was great. Overall we will not return to dine in. Take out only!
